I liked the location and the facilities were clean and usable at all times. Great value for money in safe area with lots of shops and food places and the underground close by as well as Hyde Park. 100% reccomend for travelers on a budget.

This was my second time staying here, and as usual it did its job - meeting the basic needs of a solo traveler who just needed a place to crash at night.

Dear Team, Smart Hyde Park Inn W2 it is a truly different experience at a very economical price right in the heart of central London. It’s both a hotel and hostel, so at first, I was a little concerned about privacy. However, I booked a private en-suite room, which turned out to be very cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly—special thanks to Ms. Carolina, who was very knowledgeable about the area and gave me great tips about the surroundings. Overall, it’s an amazing property in London, and I would definitely love to stay here again on my future visits to England. 💟

The good thing about it is the gathering of people whether it is in common dining room or in the reception or it is just outside in the hostel yard. The room is always quiet and never faced any sleeping issues. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around, and you have two underground stations just 2 minutes outside the hostel. If you are social guy(unfortunately I am not) definitely you will make a lot of friends. Everyone one is ready to get in touch and start a conversation with you, the receptionists are very friendly.

Honestly it's a really well run and nicely established hostel. Lot's of rooms and toilets and showers throughout, activities and events on offer, nice staff, and sufficient kitchen and shared space downstairs. A relatively pleasant stay and a place I'd recommend as long as it isn't a heatwave or the dead of summer.

Staff are extremely lovely and friendly! The checkin/out process is super fast and efficient. There is a kitchen with modern faciltiies like elextric hotplates/cooker, microwave, fridges etc and areas to store your stuff and labels for your items too The kitchen is very clean and well resourced with facilities like pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils etc. There's an area to eat and also do your own work/things with plug sockets and everything which is great. There is only one female-only dormitory room however it is perfect imo, spacious and has 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets and a vanity area. The breakfast options is a bit nicer than most hostels. Washing/drying price was like £7.50 for both wash + dry cycle which I thought was really cheap compared to most or a launderette. Staff take any issues you have with the room or other guests very seriously when reported with swift resolutions. Wifi works well in all areas. Toilets/shower/bathrooms are extremely clean and even if you share with people who aren't very clean the cleaners clean the areas regularly so you don't have to suffer. There's no lift but that's quite common for the property types in the area and the property is quite transparent about this on the listing but the stair steps are wide enough for it to not be a logistical nightmare. There's also a locker & storage room to put your stuff in for free while you're there so it's very helpful if you do end up being quite a few floors up.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. I had the great experience of checking in and out with Monalisa and Rodrigo, who were friendly, resorceful and professional. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have both outlets and little lamps in each bed. The hostel has a great vibe and it's located in one of the best spots of London - near the Hyde Park, two metro stations and a 10 minute walk to Notting Hill. If you're looking for a place to stay in a beautiful and calm neighborhood, with a lot of options of transportation (and food), and a greatly located one, you found your next hostel.

I always enjoy my stay at Smart Hostels. The staff always ensure that you have a pleasant stay, and help is offered 24 hours a day. The housekeepers are always working and making sure that everything is nice, clean, and safe for their guests. I'm happy that they offer the late checkout service. After a long night at work, it feels good to sleep for a few extra hours without having to worry about checking out at 10am. They offer a late checkout service to check out at 1pm. This is very convenient and is a brilliant idea. Always a big fan of Smart Hostels. Thank you to the team for another amazing stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. The beds were super comfortable, and I loved how spacious the lockers were, plenty of room for all my stuff. There were more than enough showers and toilets, so I never had to wait. The kitchen was great, perfect for cooking your own meals. But the real highlight was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Monalisa, always ready to assist and keeping the vibe alive with the best playlists. She definitely made the place feel even more welcoming. Highly recommend staying here. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and great atmosphere!

The location is brilliant, less than a two minute walk to the 'tube' on a lovely quiet tree lined street that's one street over from a recently rejuvenated hub, plenty of restaurants, popular mini super markets, coffee stops, a stone throw from a famous park (Which is huge), individual cubical beds in dorms with divider/separate curtain, charging point and light in bed. Personal locker - bring own padlock. Nice new showers with good heat, great shared kitchen and dining areas. No curfew. Smoking/Vaping outside only. Greatly underestimated place to stay, worth every penny.
